So, I'm at work yesterday...you know...Autozone.
I had a repeat customer come in yesterday, I've helped him once before. Of course like every guy that comes in he's amazed that a girl works in a auto parts store, drives a faster than your every day car, & doesn't look like a raging lesbian... He's just as wide-eyed as the last guy. so he needed a coolant temp sensor for his v6 mustang... yea
. Before I tell him prices & all that garbage he asks, "That is your Monte carlo outside, right?"
Lets stop here. The last time he came in for parts on his half-a-pony car he questioned what I drive. I joked around a little, kinda made fun of his puny bone stock v6 stang. He thought it was cool I owned a supercharged monte.. This guy knew absolutely nothing about my car. So. back to today. After I told him yes, 'thats my monte' his eyes like...lit up. He goes off, "Those cars are awesome! 240HP that can scream down the street! That supercharger must give it one hell of a kick! How many miles you got on that thing?" ..."uh....60k.." "Wow! thats amazing! Were did you find such a thing!" ...."a dealership?" "Damn, it must be quick! verses my 190HP stang.." "Yea...even N/A my monte can blow you out of the water.." "Nahhhh, i doubt that! the stang runs strong!" Hahaha, I call bulls#it on that. With the way the coolant temperature sensor looks like I seriously doubt your half a$$ excuse of a stang can even come close. The piece was grimy as all heck & was TWISTED into 2 pieces.
I find it funny he took the time to go home and research my car..see what she puts out. Its kinda creepy too... Why do people with v6 mustangs think they got it all? Go back home, momma wants her car back. I see your flaw, your not going to impress me.

Where I live, I got alot of people who buy them & think they have more power than they bought.. So seeing people like him with a v6 makes me laugh. (majority of owners here with the v6 are women, rarely see a guy with a v6) & the way I see it if you buy a car with a fast name, its not that car unless it has its signature type of engine (ex: a v8) Now with the monte's its different. For a while it ONLY had a 6cyl option. So you have only that choice.. Now if you buy a mustang, the way I see it you buy it for its godly power.
Idk i look up cars all day and see what options they have. It's just interesting to know what other cars have, he probably does the same and looked up your car.
Im not sure why v6 owners bash other v6 owners? Werid to me. Should respect his like he did yours.
Sounds like that guy liked you ride though, usually mustang owners do nothing but bash other cars. Surprised to see one who didn't.
