RE: Fog Lights
Well no reason you couldn't buy the fog lights at mount them to the car.
There are some kits out there. And I've heard the GM pieces are somewhat expensive so most suggest going with an aftermarket kit and that ebay is a good place to search for one.
As for the brackets to hold them in, you may need to come up with a set.
The wiring part wouldn't be hard to do at all.
I've got to admit this is the first '06 I've heard that didn't have the lights already mounted on the car?

RE: Fog Lights
I'm with rj on this one.
Don't get the factory lights. They're typically overpriced and not as good as some of the aftermarket sets.
You can get some awesome looking foglights aftermarket. You may have to make some mounting brackets, but it's not that hard and well worth it.

RE: Fog Lights
Another problem with the stock fog lights is that the wiring harness isn't ready for them. There is actually a special harness used for fog lights and all it is is 2 pig tails, but it also connects into the fuse box and has its own relay.
Your best bet is an aftermarket set.
I priced this out on my old Saturn and to put the factory foglights in after the car is shipped costs $1,450 plus labor.... Yeah I just bought some good ones for $80.
