I am have in trouble with my tail lights and blinkers. When I turn on the signal to go left the right tail light will flash and vise versa. I have replaced the multi function switch and all the bulbs and the sockets are all brand new. Also when the headlights are on I do not have rear running lights. The car is a 1998 monte carlo with the 3.1L V6. any help would be greatly appreciated.

 

and I also have no lights on my instrument panel and night.
