dog bone bushings

Default dog bone bushings

How can i remove the bushings in my dog bones? Id like to replace em sence im repainting em, wanna start all fresh with this stuff

I removed mine by using a razor blade to cut the on "lip" off. Once off, it just slides out.

If your plans are to re-use the factory bushings, not sure if they can be removed (or reinstalled) without a press of smoe sort. I think I have pics at home of the old bushings when I popped mine out. Could be a good time to get the poly ones from WBodyStore.com (I have poly dog bone and rad mount bushings on my car).

soapy water makes a good lubricant when wrestling them out

How much are the poly ones? I just cut em.out lol new oem ones are $15 for a set so its worth changing
