i think he meant good heads up for finding a good deal? i've been looking for another monte, hopefully a nice 5th gen with a 3.8 for driving during the crappy months, but i just can't find one for what i'm looking to spend?? that is what i think he meant????

Heyyy now, as long as I eat up most mustangs and whatever else I'm fine, being that the car club I'm in is strictly GM. I'm well aware though that some more built up 3.8s can pwn me though (a friend's gxp for example). But nothing beats that feeling of torque, seriously. Just burning up tires is so much fun, makes it way more fun to show off. I dunno I've learned to respect it since I've had it. Come to ohio sometime and we can see who wins lol.

I dunno if this will help, but I didn't think I'd be able to find what I was looking for in the budget, but checked craigslist daily. The irony was it was about 5 minutes from my normal commute, down a road I never traveled. Hope that helps some, good luck in finding one for the winter.
