hmm dont know why gm did that :p
those poly bushings im sure do provide a more solid feel, flipping the orginal bushing probably doesnt come close to what the poly ones provide. mostly because its 2 diff materials and the rubber still allows some play in the mount :p
i want to get some red poly bushings for my mounts soon, just because they'll look nice in there

BTW - Installation of the WBS bushings were ridiculously easy. They told me to lube the mount and the bushing with WD40, use a rubber mallet to pound them in, sure enough, it worked in like 2-3 swings!

The WBS bushings feel like rubber to me. If I recall you flipped the bushing on those aluminum mounts. If you got the WBS poly bushings, I'd be curious what your thoughts are. I've read that people claim the flipped bushing feels 99% identical to the poly.

well when i rock the car back and forth they do look pretty solid in there lol, that 1/4" that moved the engine forward helped alot too. It barely moves any
What did you install the WBS bushings in? the mounts or dogbones?

I have them in both the dog bones AND the radiator mounts. I doubt they make any difference in the dog bones (they just look good), as I don't think the original bushings allowed much play anyways.

Absolutely and since WBS says that in their description, you know it's true
