Yep. It's on a 3300 engine, so I don't know if the length of the dog bone is right for the 3400/3800 in the more modern W-bodies. This was something I considered for the quest of solid bushings (and again, the aluminum dones could be polished).
I think I gave up on it because:
- I did not like the look of the LONG radiator mount
- WBodyStore offered a sweet mount/bushing kit on Black Friday

The alum. mounts I have would go perfect with the polished dogbones ZZP offers, once I get mine polished of course lol :p

so i decided to start sanding the mounts :p
after 60, 150, and 220 grit
it's definitely going to be far from great looking but it should look "ok". This is something you do not want to be doing with just your hands haha
A dremel and sanding tips would make this a TON easier!
as you can see there will be some imperfections here and there but i dont want to spend too much time on them. I'll only be polishing the most visible areas of the mount like the top :p
up next is 400 grit follow by wetsand 800, 1000 and 2000 grit haha then the polishing

hmm might actually have to do that i was considering finding some at the junk yard after starting to work on my sisters Rendezvous and noticing they where aluminum , thought they wuld look good polished out and well they do i wanna see them on the car!
