Tommypro u said u stopped the code with a simple restrictor? What do you mean? i have a 04 SC SS and i have and exhaust system and high flow cat, u-bend delete, and down pipe. my dam check engine light has been on for a year and a half now and thats my only problem with the car

that only work for the 97-03 wide body. won't work for the 04. i tried it already. get yourself a pcm or find someone with a tuner and have them delete out the code.

actually, i just took it to a local dyno shop and explained the problem and the tech showed me this screw-in bung that restricted the flow into the second sensor... it looked kind of like a spray-washer nozzle on the inside and screwed right into the exhaust sensor port and the sensor went right inside it. it wasn't the emulator that 2000 suggested... my piece is solid metal.

just look for a local dyno shop (not a corporate shed b/c they will want to flash your pcm to the extent of a couple bills) but a LOCAL tech and he should hook you up (if there's a Subaru dealership in town, ask the service advisor where everyone takes their sti's b/c that is probably the place to go to).

hope this helps......
