Default Gas Milage

What should the gas mileage be for a 2005 LT be ?, also is there anyway to shut off the dimming feature of the rear view mirror so it doesn't come on everytime you start the car? Thanks.

I have the 3.8 SS (yours would have the 3.4), and I babied the car on my last couple of runs, not letting ti get over 2000 rpms when at all possible (tahts how slow I'm accelerating), and I got 31.1 on my last run.

you can turn off the autodimming mirror with the power switch on the bottom left of the mirror.
