Default Center console

Hey I picked up a new center console for our 2004 SS. In the back of the console there is a cigarette lighter. Know what that is for. There is also a small indentation where it looks like something is supposed to clip in. Does anyone know what that is for?

On the back of the console was another 12v plug, it has a cover that flips down when not in use.

Above it was a rotating cup (or ashtray).

Yeah it was probably just the cover for the accessory plug that broke off.

If u want to find the ashtray that goes in that slot, head to the junkyard. I picked one up for $1
