A/C fan??

A/C fan??
When I turn the the fan dial on. And I set it to Speed 1. I can feel it, but just barley. It seems to be weak for each dial that i turn. Even know that the fan blower force go's up. I just think it should blow a bit harder. but I don't. Would you say I have a problem? The fan blower is below the glove box..right?
