Any RPO code :

U11? (police certified speedo)

6J ? (police electic harness 6J1 thru 6J8)

RPO 7X? (police spotlight and other electrical mods 7X1 thru 7X8)

RPO VO8? ( police cooling)

RPO T53? (trunk emergency lights)

They also had full size spares and bigger alternators. Many have rear spoiler and badging delete

I've searched for many years & could never find one with those options & contacted Chevrolet & they advised me that they had no information on a Chevrolet Monte Carlo 5th, 6th or 06-07 Chevy Monte Carlo with Police options..

Where did you get the codes ? Were they from GM/Chevy ? or are they from a aftermarket auto company ? I'd really like to know...Thank You

* Note, I know that there's been a few law enforcement agencies that have had Monte Carlo's that were painted or had their Police Markings/lights etc put on, but they were done by a aftermarket shop & not by GM/Chevrolet...

The codes are GM can be found at GM heritage center and I have some other links on my other computer that I will send you. There is also a package code that I cant find...like a P71 package code for Ford or B4C code for Camaros.

I was researching the 2002 montes. I had a friend tell me he saw one of these unicorns in a repair shop here in Florida that had all kinds of extras - big alt / wiring / sways and even a spotlight on the A pillar.

I know the last edition monte had many police mods and I am not surprised GM conveniently and consistently has no statistical data ..

Those codes were probably more for Impalas since there is/was a police package for them. I suppose they could have been carried over to Monte Carlos for departments to use as DARE cars, etc, like they do Camaros.
