Default Air Ventilation

Hello,

04 Monte SS Black w/ 172,500 miles.

Lately, when I hit a bump the air wants to cut out to low air even with the **** turned all the way over to the right, then at times I can hit another bump and it will go back to full speed like it should.

Is there something going on in the **** or is it the blower motor?

Check for a vacuum leak in the engine bay. Do you have a supercharged 3800?

Negative, Non supercharged 3800

I am missing a clip that secures the air filter assembly tight will that be the problem?

It could be part of your issue. Check your brake booster hose, and every hose that attaches to it. On the S/C models, there are three vacuum lines on the top of the s/c (the upper intake in your case). Check around there.

Any pic available to be able to see what I need to check

Also, where can I get those blasted little clips that clamps to the top of the air filter box.
