Default after market supply stores?

HI what do you monte owners do for after market parts, such as upholstery, performance parts. restoration stuff. etc? I'v looked on google, and ebay, found almost nothing. Lots of dealers for early montes. I'm looking to buy an 05', it would be nice to have some after market support. Thanks.

Depends on what engine you have. There is many many many companies that make performance parts for the 3800

Also keep in mind, these car are past the timeframe the manufacturer is obligated to have replacement parts, but not old enough to grab interest to restoration companies (like YearOne or Classic Industries).
And with performance vendors, some of the vendors are dropping the platform and moving on or the vendor has completely disappeared.
Performance wise, some of the vendors still in the game is ZZPerformance and OverKill. I think Intense is still in the game too, but WbodyStore has dropped out.

Plenty of info on here. If you have something specific, ask and we can try to help.

Even when our 2000 - 2007's were in their heyday aftermarket support was slim. Nothing ever like the Mustangs received, we had perhaps a handful of vendors. Now it would be wise to tuck away a few items you can scab off of Montes at your local junk yards.

Here are links to a couple places with parts:

I heard w-body store got bought out by zzp. Don't forget about triple edge performance for your trans needs also. Also Cartuning performance still has the turbo kit in production. Yella Terra still make roller rockers for the 3800 too. If you put some hard time into searching you can still find alot.

Thanks for the response, I understand that these cars are not considered vintage as of yet, but I think they will.

One huge upside for w body cars in general is the junkyard. There were tons of wbodys made and many parts interchange across models.

Certainly still plenty of aftermarket out there the 3800 to make it quick. Only downside is that the GMR parts are discontinued for the trans so that certainly limits how far you can go before you get into crazy expensive one off stuff.
