can anyone show me the layout,i need a new cover and the tie down bolt is missing,is there a spacer on above the tire?

 

If there's a pull a part yard close just stop by and grab one, should be same thing in impala. I'd bet cost 5 or 10$ at most. There's just a black ring on top that screws down on the bolt you are missing. It sits flush in the center of the cover.

 

how about the whole spare tire cover,they are big bucks...
