hey guys im trying to sell my monte, the motors good and strong but it wont pass emissions im selling it for 700 to 900 if u got questions call matt 602 318 0461 in im phx arizona thx

Too bad you're not here in Florida. We have no emission laws! No inspections whatsoever!
