I have found someone in Chattanooga Tn that says he can make the strips. He wants $2000 to make them. I'm hoping my insurance company will pay him to make them. They are trying to decide if the strips are trade marked. I paid enough when I bought the car new. I should be able to have the strips made since chevy dont have them in stock.

It was at one time, the pace cars had to get the authorization for replacement stickers through GM. That was done according to the cars VIN #.That division does not exist any more. All trade marks on the pace cars as I know it up to 2004 are are free for duplication.

 

Thank You Dave, I just talked to Nalley GMC and they no longer have any strips. They said they would have to be made.

I am now looking for the emblem that goes on the bumper under the hood. Chevy no longer has this part and I cant find one on the internet or in a junk yard. Can anyone help
