1984 Monte SS Interior

1984 monte ss
I had an 84 white monte SS...WITH blue cloth bucket seat..INTERIOR...with white leather headrest that were stitched with Blue SS.on them. My lettering on sides of doors were blue MONTE SS....with blue pin stripe all around and t-tops. Center console with floor shift.......
You mean the only two colors that Monte SSs were offered in in 1984? 
What I'm getting at is that most of the 84 SSs that I've seen are all blue interiors. I've only seen a couple w/ blue & white interiors. We were told that GM ran out of blue bench seats, so at the end of the production year, they substituted 83 blue/white interiors on a few cars to finish the run. Has any one else ever heard this? Any way to confirm this?

I owned a '84 blue SS with blue bucket seat interior, 83 and 84 were all blue and white,every bench seat car I saw from that era the white cars had a blue and white interior if it was a bench seat it had a column shift the blue ones like mine had bench seats in blue or blue buckets!!??
