Do a poor mans patton....
write it down on a peice of paper (date it), put it in an envelope
and mail it to yourself!....
who knows you could be a million aire before you know it!

I too have the same problem. I fixed it in a more crude way, I used plastic glue to reattach the ears that broke. Then I took small aluminum strips to reinforce the ears. I used some small bolts and screws to attach it with some gorilla glue for good measure. It's working well and I try to be careful about leaning on it.

Looks great going to try it out! Mine is broken aswell, but also my glove box, the key lock seemed to be glued in when i bought it! and it fell out a week later so I need to pry it open with a screwdriver everytime! Looking for a fix!

remember, most '95-'01 lumina's have the same glovebox, which should make finding a used one fairly simple. just gotta match your interior color.
