Ok ill order the scan gauge to see if im safe or not. If im not ok to drop, what other mod can i do to help me get there? Well other than intercooling and camming/rockers??

At that point, I'm not sure what more you would do honestly. I think you'll have a hard time getting traction as it is, but that is what makes it fun I suppose

you should be ok to run a 3.4 with a real good tune. the tune is just as important as a supporting mod as the other stuff is if not more important. but before you drop a pulley you will need to scan!!
