So I was driving normal. ( speed up kinda fast sometimes) and I got hot so I turned the a/c on heard a weird noise. kinda like a pump turning on and the a/c kinda stunk like fart.? thought it was weird. but what made me think some thing was wrong is when I pushed the peddle down to speed up fast I herd a rubbing noise like some thing was not in the right place. I turned off the a/c and the noise was no more. I get to a parking lot get out and leave for 10 min. come back and start the car and I hear some thing move around I think and the rpms are jumping around. really low to 1500 rpms. I turn the car off and turn it back on and it dosnt happen. I looked around under the hood and didnt find anything unusual. before I got home I tried the a/c again and still same noise. get home turn off the car get ready for work. come out and start car and it does the bad noise again but this time I leave the car on and it just stops. I rev a couple of times and every thing is normal. Any ideas? Ill try to make it happen again and post a video. this one was the first attempt. I walk out to the car so it takes a moment. also photo bucket didnt show the video just the sound but when I downloaded it to the computer it played fine on windows media player.

Sounds like it may be a sticking Idle Air Control Valve (IAC) and it doesnt do it all the time because it doesnt stick all the time. Just a thought. Keep posted, would like to know how it works out. Good luck!
