Question W body store half shafts?

anybody have an opinion on the WBS half shafts? boot my drivers side and my pass. side axle boots have busted open, shooting grease under my hood. noticed it like 2,000 miles ago. since, my car seems to want to sway and do its own things at freeway speeds, sometimes i feel the wheels turn when the steering wheel is straight. when i got my new tires about 3 weeks ago, i had an alignment as i thought this would solve the problem. it didnt. it has to be due to the jacked up axles im riding on. pretty dangerous.

since im moving, im selling my HD tranny parts i was gonna upgrade to, i just dont have the money for the install of all that stuff right now. guess im gonna use some of that money with the sold parts to buy the halfshafts and get them installed. not what i wanted to do, but what i have to do right now

*Vultur flies in* Ill take the old hd parts off your hands

Also WBS is a pretty reputable place, have you checked zzp as well. Not many other places for that I guess.

Replacing the axles isn't 2 hard, if U have the tools. I think ZZP has the stage 2 axles, although pricy, and they also sell other axles from a guy in Florida(those are really up there). I had bought axles with lifetime warranties from advance auto before and they aren't bad at all for the price.

well, i found out something with zzp. i've always had a suspicion about it. tell me why i checked them out and they want the same price as WBS, but the shipping was $77 with ZZP, WBS wanted only $43. same parts, shipping from the same state to the same place. almost double the shipping price? and they both offer ONLY UPS shipping for this product, so the shipper isnt the price difference. i decided to go with WBS. i've shopped almost exclusively with ZZP over the years, but had a strange suspicion about there shipping prices.

i wish i could afford the whole HD tranny setup i have! now would be the perfect time.

install all my HD parts and everything = ~ $1100

install just 2 new axles = ~$200

even $200 is kinda steep right now. deposit + first months rent is tough in california for rent! lol.

im selling everything from TB spacers to my sound system to cover my butt lol. i just cant afford not to fix my axles. if they break, game over for my car and my life lol.
