I have a 2000 Monte SS 3.8 Fully Loaded and I am always having codes coming up, First recently I had P0141 code come up, Its poped up here and there, Rear downstream 02 Sensor. But I just had an oil change and now I keep getting P0171, Ive replaced the MAF sensor, Ive cleaned it, I cleaned the IAC, still poping up, Just last week the car died on me and I had to replace the battery (I put a 800CCA) in it as there was a 450 in it! Ive noticed for awhile now that my gas milage sucks, I have replaced the tranny last year and both Mufflers are a year old, Recently replaced the Upstream 02 sensor.
Any suggestions??
would the faulty 02 sensor cause this too happen with the p0171??
Any good mechanics in the Ontario Clarington area that could have a look at it for me, Im out of work so cant afford to take it in anywhere.
