Yes get a rebuild, I had the exact same code at 154k, now just hit 160k, pretty much minus well rebuild it. Mine was shifting slow and slipping on first at stop signs and lights, a light jerk upon shifting sometimes(high pressure mode). Sucks but once that is done you should be set for another 100k. I only paid $1600 for mine.
