Default Topswap

(the dent is no longer there but a kid backed into my door recently)
I am going to be doing a topswap on my monte very soon. I have nearly every part i need except for a new boost bypass valve and tune. I just have a few random questions.

1. Which way should i route my vacuum and should i delete my EVAP system? Ive found two different diagrams one representing the 97 and 98 routing:

and the 98+ routing:

Thing is i don’t remember what year the supercharged parts are from i think 97 but i have a 2002 block.

2. Where do i route the vacuum line from a northstar tb

also what size hose do i need

Ive tried finding these questions everywhere cant seem to find the right answers

Should i buy a base tune from zzp or just try to find a tuning shop that knows hp tuners or does anyone know someone that does remote tuning. Rather have someone that knows the platform well than go to a shop that doesnt (I dont know anyone near me thats into modding the platform). Also should i use the PCM from my NA car or the L67 PCM.
I assume i just use my NA PCM cant everything just be flashed onto it.

mods will be:
zzp 2.5 downpipe
n* TB
zzp FWI intake
1.9 rockers
90# valve springs
zzp big aluminum rad
oil volume kit
3.6 pulley

Got full suspension already installed
Rev 9 coilovers
Zzp sway bars and tower braces
zzp trailing arms and
shorter dog bone mounts
bunch of poly bushings and engine mounts

I have a few more questions but i cant remember them off the top of my head
thank you any helps appreciated

If you've got that 97 vacuum post in the front of the blower, you can do either. If you want to run the newer style, you can just cap that front vacuum post on the blower.

and should i delete my EVAP system?
I wouldn't. Unlike some emissions equipment, there really isn't any downside to keeping it. If you've already got a functional evap system, I'd just hook it up.

I'll admit I've never done a N* personally (I run a LS style on mine). But the stock TB has a vacuum port on it, so Id presume you'd just hook up whatever hose that ran to the original TB up to the N* instead.

Id just do ZZP, at least for the base file.

Essentially they'll just be copy and pasting the stock SC engine tables, leaving the transmission sections as is, and copying in whatever MAF table you go with for the N*. Id be worried a non3800 shop wouldn't know to do that - maybe they'd spend a bunch of time trying to adjust your stock NA tables to work with the SC (which would be time you'd be paying for). For ZZP to do it (or a local member with HPT / DHP), they can have it flashed and done in 10 minutes.

Also should i use the PCM from my NA car or the L67 PCM.
It depends what year/model your L67 pcm is from. The vast majority will physically be the same hardware (so you could flash the tune to either), but there are some outlier exceptions. You mention 97 - the 97 GP pcm is different than the 98+ stuff.

IMO a 3.6" is pretty aggressive with those mods on a top swap car. Would probably be a good fit for a stock L67 bottom end, but you're going to have nearly a full extra point of compression. IIRC when zzp used to sell the ssm90 kits to put on an otherwise stock L36, they included a 4.2" pulley.

Id leave the stock 3.8" on there to start and go from there. You should be pretty close to running that knock free depending what changes are made in the pcm tune.

Also, Id skip the 2.5" DP and go straight to a 3.0". There won't be any performance loss with your current setup and it'll give you room to grow down the road.
