Default Top swap (help needed)

I have a 2000 Monte Carlo SS with an n/a 3800 series 2. I am looking to do a top swap. I payed 300$ for everything but heads, headers, l67 harmonic balancer, rocker bolts, serpentine belts, and gaskets from an l67 motor. Now who can tell me what else I need to get this top swap done completely, other than the oblivious gaskets, PCM tune, belts. My list of current mods include: a full cat back 3" exhaust, and a magnaflow cat and down pipe, and a short ram air intake, new plugs wires thermostat, and new colant level temp and other sensors. I have read a lot about this subject and know a little bit about everything needed for a top swap. I know there is somethings I need to do to my axels, and my tranny. I just need some help putting things together with what I know and what I don't. Any help is appreciated. I need to know everything I will need, new or just to get rebuilt. I've been thinking about headers, cam, new pistons, er rocker arms, ECT. I just need to know what I HAVE to have before I start tearing into my monte.

well like you said:
-Heads
-balancer
-bolts, belts, gaskets
I assume you have:
-fuel rails
-injectors
-SC
-lower intake manifold
-TB
-coil bracket with pulley and tensioner
-stand off pulley

-Headers are basically a requirement if you plan to run the 3.8" pulley on the blower.
-trans and axles will be fine if you have the pcm adjusted for the trans you have.

Would I be fine running my stock heads?

You can't run your L36 heads on a top-swap. The injectors would have no where to go.

Do you know of anyone on the forum selling supercharged heads, and a harmonic balancer, or a site where I could get them for a good price.

Search grand prix forums and join up and post in there wanted ads that your looking for a set. Also check junk yards. Why didn't you get the heads off the engine you got these other parts from?

You should be able to find them cheap but shipping is a killer. Last time I shipped heads it costed me like $85!

Just sell it all and save yourself the hassle. Put it all towards a turbo kit.
