Default Spark Plug distances

My engine is a 1966 327 small block. I've tried to do searches on the proper spark plug distance of spark (whats the proper name?) but I can't find anything. Does anyone know the PROPER distance?

Much thanks in advanced.

Thanks! I just bought plugs and was doing other minor things to the car. If I read the post about 10 min earlier, I would change them today, but it will now have to wait till tomorrow or later today.

here is a old racers trick if you get stuck and cant figure it out
Use a dime to gap your plugs. they will be real close to 35thousands this way and will be enough to get yoru car home if ya need to. For years thsi is how i did all my plugs and never had any issues with it. think once i burned a eletrode btu that was a whole diffrent reason and a lot of typeing lol
short side I found out i had a bad valve and head gasket
