+MPG by Plug Wires? Really????? Granatelli Plug Wires

How long have these thigns been around?
They claim they boost mpg by bringing the limits ohms of resistance down to like near 0 while stock have like 4000-7000 ohms (which sounds a bit ridiculous to me).
Anywho, even if it did work, I thought spark plug wires were supposed to have a certain degree of resistance to them????
What the heck is this deal?? And is there any way it possibly would work?

I think this, combined with that little box you strap to your fuel line, some acetone in your gasoline, some E3 plugs, that little aluminum thing that goes in your air intake, and a board underneath your accelrator to keep you from pushing it so hard would get a Monte Carlo upwards of 50 mpg and therefore into SmartCar territory!!!
