6th Gen ('00-'05): RPO codes on Impala
Some codes are on the drivers b pillar or pass side, but 90 percent of the time its on the inside of the trunk lid.

The '00-'05 Montes and Impalas listed the RPO codes on a label titled "Services Part Identification". It's found on the trunk lid. Just pop the trunk, look forward and you should be good to go.
