When you change the plugs, you really should change the wires. After 100,000+ miles and the heat they are under, the elements making up the wires (the sheathing and core) weaken/degrade. I don't think that is causing your problem currently, but I would seriously consider swapping them.
As for the wiring for the pump, I assume you can gain access to it via the hatch under the trunk liner in the trunk of the car (just a little behind the rear seat).

My check engine light isnt on but its readng P0300 misfire which must be the rough idle. its not on a particular cylinde if its P0300 correct? If thats the case it could be multiple.
Im buying wires today and going to install those to see if hey make a difference. I put 3 new coil packs in but cheap ones so im not sure if its there fault. It wasnt actally the spark plug anyway it was the coil packs all along. I figure if the spark plugs were fine the wires would be too. My biggest fear is that i ****ed up doing spark the plugs.
