A rought idle, as at a stop light, without a check engine code eans usually only one thing to me: dirty fuel injectors from cheap gas.
Solutions:
1. Run a can or two of "Seafoam" thru your enngine, in the gas tank. Make sure that you stomp on the gas hard (wide open throttle) as many times as you can while using it to try to clean the crud from them as much as is possible (get them injectors open). I'm not saying drive over the soeed limit, just hit it hard when you can.
2. Don't EVER buy gas from independent gas stations, and try to stick to the main brands. I personally try to stick with Amoco or Shell. Also, even some major brand stations have more problems than others with water in the gas. Gas with ethanol (10%) can absorb more water than without.
