Default Random plug?

Cannot for the life of me figure out what this plug goes to. I’m sure I’ll figure it out before I get a response but if anyone knows lmk. The picture makes it look similar to an injector plug but It’s different. Theres already 3 other plugs for that on this side.
It doesn’t go to the alternator as there is a different plug for that but there’s not many other places it could reach.

I think its an un-used plug. Its there for another car that uses the same harness.

I am pretty certain it is for the California Emissions package, which I can tell by the pic, you do not have. Common item that catches people by surprise (as GM uses the same harness for federal and cali emissions).
