Default Radiator Replacement

I have to replace my radiator for my 2000 SS and was wondering how hard it is to replace myself. Has anyone done it lately? Any help on avoiding pitfalls will be much appreciated.

Default RE: Radiator Replacement

This project is really rather simple, However if you dont have a mechanical background i suggest going to a local parts house and picking up a chiltons manuel for your ride, They cost like 17 US dollers and they list step by step proceedure for R&R on everything on the car...

The only thing aside from that make sure you get the right coolant,GM calls for a specail coolant sometimes refered to as DEXCOOL..It may be clear it may be a orange or pink color...Just make sure it is not the green stuff
