If it's getting fuel & spark it should fire ? ? (A short or clog in fuel line ) Is the fuel pump OK ?

We wish your Good Luck 4-Sure.

thanks kid space....i appreciate you and sparky with the attempts.....it took me a few days but it all boiled down to hopefully a bad distributor shaft. didnt really notice it at first but its all rusted out and the coating on the coils are corroded off. (i think thats spelled right) its not sending the correct firing order. i checked all the spark plugs and some where getting a great spark....one or two where weak and one wasnt getting a spark at all. so today im going to put a new distributor shaft and rotor on along with the control modulator and coil pack i already replaced. hopefully this should do the trick! again thanks to both of you!!!! even the chevy experts online couldnt tackle this one!!! (justanswer.com) <<<<<<crap

Does this engine use a timing belt or chain? I had a belt go out on me with a different car and I was stumped until I took the timing belt cover off. That is where I would look if I were you. Good luck!

Cool! A bad distributor will definitely ruin your day. Keep us posted.
