Default PCM help

So I got my intake, plugs, tsat, and downpie on, and now I'm throwing 2 codes from my PCM
C1298- PCM class 2 serial dadt link malfunction
C1277 requested torque signal CKT malfunction
What would cause these codes to pop up all of a sudden when i cleaned the PCM and was sure to put the pcm back together the way it came out... Any Ideas on what to look for/do?

What Tstat did you install and why did you remove the PCM?

The only info I could really find was on the C1298 code: diagnostic repair for chassis codes C1254 and C1298 on ... - JustAnswer

I installed the 180* SLP thermostat, and I had to remove the old pcm to install the new mounting tray for the CAI. I had the shop I go to run the codes and thats what the code reader said that the designations meant. do you think it could just be a bad ground, or a dirty pcm connection?

It sounds like it has something to do with the PCM's connection. Double check that, clear the codes, and then see what happens.
