Question P0741 Still comes up!

Hi guys, so I had all the sensors in my Trans replaced and I still am getting the P0741 code! I'm thinking it is an electrical connection problem. Especially because I had to go in several times to re-connect several wires in the Main harness to the PCM that were Butt connected before I got the car.
The engine will rev up to 3000rpm before shifting to second gear, then stay I second until 45mph, about 3500rpm.
Although my gas mileage has gotten much better, filled up on Sunday, drive 30 miles a day, this is day 4 and I still have half a tank, before I would have to fill up today!, but I want all my gears, I want the Trans to feel solid, I want to feel all the power YellaJAC has got to give!
I wanna know, do you guys think it is a bad wire or 2, or is there something else I should be looking at?
Thanks!

I'm not familiar with the background (other then written above), so if you have already checked the TRANS SOL fuse (under hood lower fuse box) then disregard this post.

That sucks man. Check your e-mail, I sent you a PDF of the GM shop book data on this code. Maybe that will help find the solution.

Jason, I got the PDF. HAVEN'T had chance to look at it yet. But I printed If up. Thanks

Mr. Owens, in OD it can rev anywhere from 2200 to 2800 rpm depending on how much throttle I give it!

I'm gonna be working on it on Sunday, resplicing wires and checking fuses!

Any updates on this?I've got the code, but the car otherwise drives fine. The iblyndifference is my MPG is down to about 21mpg.. has been for a little while now.. and as if last week, about 3 days before then might kicked on, I've been running a few degrees warmer than normal, approaching the vertical 200 mark once or twice at idle
