1) when you semi-floor it, it'll make a high pitched whining noise until it shifts to second.
2) after you've been driving for awhile, it'll begin to "tug". and no matter how much gas you give it, it'll accelerate VERY slowly.
3) loud squeaky noise when you touch the throttle past 20 mph.

These are just some of the problems, and probably the ones im most worried about. Anyone have a clue what any of these problems would be caused by?

 

first change the belt second do the oils from the trans and engine. the second thing you mentiond sounds like a catilitic problem but do the first two first that i mentioned then worry about some thing else. it could be some thing minor causing it to look like a big problem. if it still does it i am not sure some one els will chime in as well. but i will do a tune up oil trans fluid replace the belt and see if every thing you desicribed cleared up some thing allong those those lines may be the cause. pluse check the level of trans fluid first. it could be low
