so does anyone here run now on any of there cars whats it like and how hard was it to put in and what r the ups and downs

It's not terribly hard to install. A lot of people put a throttle body spacer to put the tap.

50-100 wet shots I believe are the best bet on these cars.

The downside is that you need to tune for the nos, so when you aren't using it you will be much slower than you are right now. Also, you have to refill the damn bottle all the time. (and the transmissions aren't that strong for these bursts)

Save yourself some trouble and save up and go turbo

how would a basic turbo kit run for an 04 monte and what else would i need

Most likely the trans will go eventually. How fast is a crapshoot with these cars. (my first transmission went while I was stock)

TripleEdgePerformance.com is a good read on the 4t65-e (and a great place to buy BUILT transmissions)

you can also check out the cartuning performance kit. not many people like it but honestly i have the intercooled cartuning kit and have not had one issue with it yet. i just dynoed my new engine build and put down 384whp on 13psi. i probably could of broke 400whp but ran out of maf. i am planning on dumping the cartuning kit to upgrade to a stattama kit for more hp but if it wasnt for that i would keep the cartuning kit i actually like it.
