LOL! Yeah, I forgot, too much going on in my head.
BTW - About your vac lin issues, you know those lines also need extended to meet where the TB now is?
Other work around is something documented on the Bonnie thread. Plug the port on the TB. Then drill/tap and put a fitting on the UIM where those lines plug in. At that point you could use 2 pieces of vac line as couplers to those fitting (completely removing the need for that boot).
Just a thought (I know it adds more time and money to the project, but COULD get you away from a "special" part).
Could also try contacting these guys, they seem to have a TON of odd ball stuff.
It's not fashionable, but you could "tape" it. Or possibly fabricate something with some hose and silicon chaulking....
Just some thoughts....

problem solved!
i got the whole peice brand new for $23!
guy was pretty cool at the dealer and took $7 off the original price haha it was even cheaper than the prices i found online I decided to get it new after breaking the "U"hose on the other end
thing was so brittle and yes i already have the extending part figured out Jason
haha
SWEEEEETTTTTTTTT
As close to "factory look" as possible i think
lol

i used a piece of "high temp" hose with some clamps, hopefully it'll withstand the crossover heat haha going to put some wire loom over it just in case
paint didnt stick so well to the heat shield on the crossover as yall can see
i really wanna get a C-coated one now, i was thinking of using header wrap on this one but idk, what do yall think?

geez my EGR looks awful
