misfire on 5th cylinder
I have a 2001 Chevy Monte Carlo LS. I drove to and from work one day made it home with no problems. Went back out to start the car to go to the store and the car was misfiring like crazy. It says P0305, I have replaced the plugs, wires, coil pack, ICM, fuel filter, idle air valve, Mass air flow sensor, pcv valve. And still missing what else is left to try. thus is starting to get expensive.

Sounds like you replaced way more then you needed. But based on what you changed, it rules out some possibilities. Spark plugs would be my first guess (you did that) and a failed injector would be my second guess. You can try and prove the injector by swapping the one from cylinder 5 to another known good cylinder, see if the problem follows.
Good advice, but prior to this I would check the connector and wiring to make sure the misfire isn't caused by a loose/dirty connection or faulty wiring.
Thanks for the advice I will try that today when I get off work. I'm also having issues when I go to start the car it doesn't crank or catch. But as I am turning the key back it tries to catch what could that be?
