Default low coolant light

I have a water leak right above my water pump. At first I thought it was the water pump, so I had it changed but my car still leaked just enough to make the low coolant light go on. Yesterday we did another pressure test and found the leak right abov the water pump. Does anyone know what it could be? It almost looks like a spark plug boot.

A pain to get to, there are 2 of them. They crack easily.

Not hard to change, just gotta refill coolant afterwards.
