Could give me some idea of what to expect?
I have Speed Daddy headers.. Got them from eBay for less than $200 shipped so you really can't beat the price. Almost exactly the same as SLP headers. Install wasn't too bad either. Can't find them on eBay anymore, not sure why though.

No need for custom downpipe with these either. Bolts right up to catback system. Keep in mind there's no cat in these so if you have strict emission testing to pass you won't with these. If that's not an issue then you're good to go. I also deleted the EGR by ordering EGR block off plates from ZZP.

Did you tune out the EGR or anything? Also, did you clean out the manifolds or upgrade them or something before deleting the EGR?

There's really no point of deleting the EGR unless you're looking to keep things cleaner, and if you do delete it, it should be tuned out, I've heard of people actually losing 2-3 mpg also with the delete

I am catless also, as far as the egr block off plate don't waste your money. Take the old egr and cut the tubes then take the mounting plates off of the egr tubes put black rvt on both sides of a penny set the penny on the egr tube and bolt it.Back on. Way cheaper and works perfect. This is how mine is done
