Looking to get new rims. Got no clue what I'm looking at.
Hello everyone.
I was looking into getting some new rims eventually for my 2000 Monte Carlo SS. I know they have to have a certain bolt pattern. And if you go to big on the rims, you have to get new tires too. What are the specs and limits to buying new rims?
Thanks,
Tyler

If you get lucky a 114.3 pattern might fit. Some will fit some wont. So try before you buy if possible. 18s look good.. I have them.. But I am in the market for 20s at the moment..

can you do a little searching on your own, go to tirerack.com and put in your car year etc. and go from there! it's pretty easy to do!
and $100 does not seem to bad per tire and if you are looking for both wheels and tires, you should expect to pay about a grand total for the whole set-up.

Monte Carlo 3831: I have done some searching on my own. I just don't know what I'm looking at. If everyone should just figure everything out on their own, there's no point to this website even exisiting. I'm sure you needed some help when you first started looking around to upgrade your car.
