haha thats nice, but then i'd have to send it to zzp to get it modified for my modified LIM, so all in all it would still cost me more........sucks. otherwise i'd buy it up in a heartbeat.

is there a clearcoat for aluminum i could spray on the m90 so it wouldnt discolor? i know that over time, the aluminum absorbs heat and discolors a bit, turning it blackish. i wouldnt paint it or polish it if i could keep it looking brand new. any ideas?

If you leave it in the stock finish, it never should turn colors or anything. The snout is painted gray, so it will never have a problem- and the blower case itself doesn't change colors even though its bare aluminum. The only ones I've seen look bad are when people get grease and such on them from touching them while working on the car- but its nothing a little degreaser won't fix.

The only time you'll have a problem with it turning black is if you get it polished. You have to really keep up polishing it or it will tarnish pretty quick that way.

i dunno what to do, i'd like to paint it black i think. i dunno. decisions decisions. black with a red snout might look kinda dumb huh?

maybe when it comes, i'll hit it with a degreaser to just see if it can look cleaner. if so, probably just keep it that way.
