Anything is possible. All it takes is money and time.
But the answer to your question is yes it can be done. I know there are a bunch of threads on MCF and other 3800 sites about L36 to L67 swaps and top swaps. I don't know the in's and out's of the process and at this time I have not researched the topic. But I know it can definitely be done.
