Default Intake and Exhaust for 96 Monte

Hey everyone! I just bought a 96 Monte Carlo Z34 today! And I'm looking for ways of adding a little more horsepower to her. First off, I am looking for an intake. I notice on this site a lot of people manually mod there box but I would rather not do that at this moment. I was looking at a K&N Air filter and a Fram Air Hog. Which would be better? And if you have better suggestions tell me!

I am also looking to get a higher performance, louder exhaust. What would you recommend for my car?

I am looking to replace the plugs, wires and all of that to higher performance parts. Do you have to remove the intake plenum to do so? I hope not!

Thank you in advance. I am a happy Monte owner already!

I'll check out the delta 40 series mufflers at a local exhaust shop. Thank you!
