allrighty!
looking for some help/ sugestions. Ive been looking for the best wasy to get a standard trans into my 2000 ls, and get some power. well i think i found the solution! The new 3.9 in the 06 monte LTZ appears to be the same size as the 3.4-3.8 style blocks of my 6th gen. well that 3.9 also is shared in the pontiac g6 with a 6 speed manula ttransmission. What do you guys think about swapping the 3.9/ 6spd combo into my monte? Good idea? Bad idea? Just plain stupid? help me out!

 

that would be sweet but im sure it would cost $$$ besides the dent in the wallet it would be good

 

Hells yeah! I would kill to have a 6 speed manual in my car. That would be sweeeeeet!
