Default heads for a 400 ci

hey i have a 400 ci without any heads, and im looking to buy some. i have a set of # 462 624 heads from a 350, 1.720/1.5 valves. could this be a good match ? i already know about the steam holes. and i found a set for sail, # 458 642, not too expensive, is there more than one valve size for the 642 heads? i got 1.94/ 1.5 . and i found a set of #333882. which would be the best match for a 400, mostly stock

heres a site with tons of info. http://mortec.com/
what are your hp goals with this motor? whats the valve size on the 882? is it a big valve head? i think its a 2.02 head. which would be better. if your building a mostly stock 400 id want the head with the biggest valve and smallest combustion chamber to help with compression. what kinda money do you have to play with cause you could get a set of vortecs for fairly cheap now a days rather then play with old factory castings.

the 882 are stock 400 heads. if your on a tight buget they are your best bet. with a little work .like milling ,and 2.02 valves(if in the buget ) and they would be a good starter head.
