Getting a 98 Monte Carlo SS(z34) needs new engine perhaps?
Okay let me explain really quick what is going on. I was going to spend about $4k on a new car as a down payment and go off of that, but instead my Grandparents offered me one of their Monte Carlo's for free and I used the $4k to work on the engine.
The car runs, but it had a problem with the radiator so the head gaskets finally blew up so I don't think it can run very far at all now.
I am going to get that fixed no doubt, but should I get a new engine too? The car has almost 200k miles on it and before the radiator problem it ran perfectly fine.
What I want to do is fix the radiator and head gaskets and maybe get a more powerful brand new engine?
What do you guys think or suggest I do?

I say fix the radiator and replace the head gaskets and then call it a day. Hardly any money spent and the car will run forever if you take care of it.
Otherwise, fix the radiator and do a top swap and have fun with the supercharger
