Depends on how much you want to put into it. A heavy duty 4th shaft is definitely recommended in my book since that's the shaft I've seen fail the most in the 4t65e. If you want to go extreme you could get the complete upgrade kit but that'll run ya over 2K. I can't remember exactly what all comes in the kit, but it should be just about everything. Intense's site doesn't want to load the kit for me for some reason.

With your current mod level, you're fine. Keep driving until it breaks from normal usage.
Lots of people with basic 3.4" pulley setups running about 300 crank hp run the 4t65's daily for years and years (heck the 4t65's run behind the LS4's putting out 300 crank hp stock; granted with a few alterations).
I wouldn't start worrying about strength issues until at least mid-low 13's in the 1/4 (mostly because most of the hard parts that fail aren't just a simple afternoon bolt in).
You want to honestly make the tranny last longer? Keep up with regular maintenance, and drive the car easy. WOT runs, skipshifts, WOT downshifts, hard launching, etc all stress the parts.

If you still want to upgrade the tranny go here: http://www.tripleedgeperformance.com/
Talk to the guy there and let him know what your goals are and he should be able to set you up with a really good tranny.
